not local may save you money, true, but why is that? The price of any
quality hearth product has certain built-in expense. Its called SERVICE!
Understanding that if and when you need service from a qualified technician,
we are as close as our toll free phone number or the SEND
button on your E-Mail program and we will do our best to resolve any
problems, issues or questions that you may have in a timely manor. This
is still not the same as a live person standing in front of you fixing
your problem. Service is very important to us. This is why we employ
year round Installers and Service technicians that are factory trained
and certified. If you are not in our market area, the only reason you
should be buying from us is that you don't have a local dealer that
sells this quality product. Rainbow Pellet Hearth & Home always recommends
that you buy local when you can!
The service you receive locally
can outweigh the savings.
Knowing all that, after you receive your new hearth appliance from Rainbow
Pellet Hearth & Home you will either install your new appliance
your self, or hire a "professional". If you are purchasing
a gas appliance, additional plumbing may be required to complete the
job. Rainbow Pellet Hearth & Home ALWAYS recommends professional
installation. Different appliances require different installations.
Be aware of what you are getting into. All appliances come with full,
easy to fallow installation instructions.
